What is a Buyers Agent ? Realtors®
can act in either of two roles. A Listing or "Seller's Agent" represents
the Seller and is obligated by law to get the best price and terms for the Seller. He or she is not obligated in any way to get you
the best possible deal.
When a Realtor is acting as your "Buyer's Agent" he or she is working exclusively for you, the Buyer, and must legally and ethically look
out for the Buyer's best interest. They have no obligation to serve the interests of the Seller.
I can act as either a Buyer's or Seller's Agent so I understand all facets of the
